I found this recipe that uses leftover stuffing in Every Day with Rachael Ray (November 2007, www.rachaelraymag.com). Besides the stuffing all you need is two other ingredients (we’re talking simple). We ate these last night and TSO and I both liked them.

Once again, I discovered this recipe on allrecipes.com. The only thing I changed on this recipe was I added more turkey, which I increased to 2 cups, but it could actually use more. The family enjoyed this one and I liked that I could use up our leftover mashed potatoes as well!
