Scholastic Video Collection

My sons just love all of the stories from the Scholastic Video Collection. They are always thrilled to watch their favorite books on TV and I don’t feel as guilty about TV time since I’ve convinced myself it’s alright because they are watching award-winning books. (Right? On second thought don’t answer.) Each DVD has approximately 5-7 Scholastic stories. Chicka Chicka Boom Boom , Where the Wild Things Are, Harold & the Purple Crayon, and many more. The best part is each time we watch a DVD from the Scholastic Video Collection it sparks a new interest in the stories featured and my kids will run to their room to find the books so we can read them together. I just love reading with my boys. You can purchase single DVD’s, 2 and 3 packs, or a set of 100 stories on 16 discs.

Asianmommy - It really does help to have the kids sitting quietly in front of the TV at times I need to get things done and knowing a school teacher recommends them makes me feel better
