The Superhero Starter Kit (Chicken Socks)

The Superhero Starter Kit (Chicken Socks) is one of the best gifts my boys have ever received. Not only has this book taught my kids everything they need to know about being a superhero (important life skills I’m sure) but it has sparked hours of imaginative play! The kit comes with a red cape, paper masks and wrist bands, and stickers to create a superhero name and emblem on your little one’s shirt.

TSO Jr. (5 yrs), Matman (3 yrs), and Daredevil (1 yr) all enjoy running around the house playing superheroes. It is so much fun to watch them playing and this is a great activity for them to do together despite the difference in their ages. They play superheroes so much that the paper masks and wrist bands have started to fall apart but it’s nothing that Super Mom and a little scotch tape can’t fix!
