I guess you could look it as a way to motivate your little one to brush and develop good brushing habits then move them onto a regular brush without all the bells and whistles later. Jojo - The manufacturer says it is meant for 3 and up, but it really depends on the child. My son freaked out when I first started using the Crest Spin Brush on him a while back - those things are loud! - but he's used to it now.
