I used to be a PC consultant years ago, and I still have my cut & seals.... 2 sizes actually. (I think they still sell 2 sizes?) Anyhoo~ My young girls love using it! I just hate wasting all the crust/bread that's left over. So of course, I end up eating it. =P

Koala Brains - that sounds good, I will try it! And thanks for the tip about the lettuce and cheese, I never would have thought about that.

RebeccaC & Amy - now you've got me curious, what's a Pampered Chef party? That is a great idea Rebecca about using all parts of the bread, thanks!

Hey, I have one of those! I actually really like it, but I use it a little differently...
we cut out the circles and fry the ring part in a skillet with an egg inside the hole. Then we take the middle circle and toast it or seal two together with jam inside or peanut butter (when we have it -- shopping in Mexico is pretty lame, too!) or cheese or whatever.

I got mine years ago at a Pampered Chef party. Seems like a lifetime ago!!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog via Wordless Wednesday! Have a great weekend!

I was right there w/ you - I was thinking tuna salad. You may have to put lettuce against the bread to prevent the moisture of the contents from making the bread soggy. How about a pizza sandwich - cheese against the bread with pizza sauce and desired toppings in between?

I plan to save my crust and use them for my breadcrumb. I made chicken nugget from the website you posted a few days ago (ilunchbox.com). It was so good! Thanks again Kellie for all these great sites you found.

Amy - I just ordered mine too from Pampered Chef through Amazon! Can't wait to try it.

Jojo - My kids are pretty good about the crusts, but what I like about Uncrustables and this gadget is that it seals the bread together making it a LOT less messy when they eat it. You should see them eat a sandwich, everything is on the table!

Asianmommy - The crusts would turn into MY lunch, I'm afraid.

Julie - Yup, I'm looking forward to this as much for myself as the kids! New toy.

Koala Brains - I know! I'm thinking chicken salad - our favorite around here. Or PB with bananas. What are your suggestions? You have great healthy ideas!

Sandy - Yes, I just ordered mine. As predicted, no one around here has even heard of it or anything like it.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I didn't know that the Haka was performed elsewhere but it make sense that Hawaii would be one place that would. Loved this post about the sandwhiches I know a few old folks who might enjoy this as much as the kids!
